“06.02.62 The Department of the Treasury enacted the Cuban Imports Regulations (27 FR 1116), banning U.S. imports of any Cuban-made goods. According to provisions issued, embargos require that every item included in embargoed transactions was subject to the approval (or denial) of a specific license for each transaction.
