“01.06.63 In the first quarter of 1963, only 59 vessels from the ‘free world’ called on Cuban ports, compared to 352 in the same period in 1962. Between June 1962 and June 1963, there was a 60% decline in the number of vessels from capitalists countries engaged in trade with Cuba, from 932 in 1962 to 359 in 1963.
