“Another thing happened under [George H.W.] Bush, not even two weeks after the murder of [Leader of Chilean exile community, Orlando] Letelier in Washington [approx.. October 5, 1976]. Cuban exiles, who had been trained by and worked for the CIA, blew up a Cuban civilian airliner just after it had taken off from Barbados on its way back to Havana. Seventy-three people aboard were killed. This was an exile group under Orlando Bosch, the former pediatrician, who now lives in Miami selling his paintings, and going scot-free-a principal terrorist. That was under Bush as Director of the CIA.”
